We have been serving customers for more than 15 years with expertise in roofing, siding, gutters and windows installation and repair. As we are growing extremely quickly, and we are hiring extremely bright, detail-oriented individuals to join us.

Job Summary

As the Invoicing and Collections manager, you will manage all business-related invoicing and managing the finances, for the team. You should have a detailed understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office suites, and Google docs, and ability to problem solve.

Invoicing and Collections Responsibilities

• Ability to use various software and our CRM, Acculynx, as well as presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
• Proven working experience as a customer service manager OR Accounts Receivable / Collections.
• Assisting the Program Managers (sales team) to enter accurate data into the CRM.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft suites and QuickBooks.
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Educational Preferences or Requirements

• BS degree in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting or related years in job history
• Accounts Receivable or Collections Experience / Accounting Experience
• Experience in QuickBooks
• Acculynx (Or other CRM software)
• Estimating Software
• Microsoft/Google
• Strong understanding of technology
• Experience in Roofing Industry
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
